Personality: Unlike their twin sibling Dilly, Dally doesn't have much in the way of a voice. They hardly ever speak in anything louder than a whisper, but they are unquestionably intelligent. The main problem is getting them to sit still for five minutes and actually apply themself as they are prone to quickly growing bored and wandering off to find something more entertaining to do, only to become distracted by something else and so forth. It's hard for them to focus on any one thing, with one exception - their sibling. Dilly is somehow the only one able to rein in their distractible sibling and keep them in one place for any longer than an hour, a feat that even the rest of their family hasn't quite managed. They aren't exactly the most fond of book-learning, but when it comes to survival they can easily rattle off which flora and fauna are good to eat and which are not, how to build a fire if needed, and how to make a shelter. They also have every different type of bug species in Hallownest memorized, including non-sapient ones and know what to do should they come upon a hostile one.
