This is the IC intro for your bonding, setting the stage for all the fun!
Now, in a separated part, should be any Bonding-specific rules you as the Bond Holder want. This can be the number of characters allowed per player, what if any other Bondeds can attend, any prohibited actions or things they should note in the Database about the creatures, etc.
You can separate this out in any way you desire, just as long as it's clearly an OOC section.
