Jeremi peeked around the pile of blankets he was currently carting across the living room. This had been his third...No. Fourth trip across the area. If he hadn't already gotten his steps in today, he would soon enough. His companions and those of Kemori's that were around would be watching him. Jeremi's at least knew what was going on, but their attention never really wavered. They wanted to see how this played out and just how much hot coco would end up growing cold.
Getting to the ledge, he would add the blankets to the fort already constructed. The thickest of the blankets made the outside of the fort with a couple of the kitchen chairs to hold up the ceiling. the rest of the blankets went into cushioning the hard ground and building up the front some so he and Kemori could nestle in and still see the night sky. There was even room for any companions who wanted to join in.
Fair enough away from the blankets to not run the risk of fire (he hoped), would be a small electric heater and a pot of hot water keeping warm. He had both hot tea and coco powder ready to go and wisely hide the whipped cream container till it was closer to time. Last thing he needed was to try and surprise Kemori and be surprised with a face full of cream first.
Inside the blanket fort would be gingerbread cookies in all sorts of shapes and if Jeremi had placed all the fox shaped ones on top...Well, who could blame him?
Taking back, he looked at his work and grinned. It was one of his better cuddle nest constructions. Now all that was left was to lure a certain trickster kitsune into it with him and to spend the night away in each other's company.
