Personality: Like most children who manage to survive long enough to escape the Pale City, Dec is extremely wary of adults of all kinds and will either run away or hide from them. They know how to avoid traps and good places to scavenge food while avoiding detection. They are remarkably thin due due to being malnourished, and they have a nervous habit that involves scratching at the spot where their eye used to be. Having lost their eye just recently, their depth perception has been significantly thrown off and they're naturally having a hard time adjusting to it. However, that hasn't stopped them from doing their best to survive in this world just as they had been surviving in the previous one. They're not above setting potentially deadly traps around their shelter to protect what little they do have due to their lack of strength and stamina preventing them from properly defending themself. They're quite sneaky when necessary, which unfortunately for them is often. It's not unusual for Dec to consume anything that they can get their hands on, even if the food in question is partially moldy or otherwise rotting.
