Eye color: Blue/grey
Hair: Red-blonde with some brown. Flips at the ends and comes just below her ears. Can often be seen with it in a small ponytail.
Skin: Light tan with some freckling on her arms. Also burns more than she tans.
Height: Around 5'4"
Weight: Between 120 and 160 pounds
Appearance: Her eyes look wide in her round face, often giving her a permanent surprised look. Not that she often isn't surprised by what goes on around her. Her face is a round shape and she has what many people might described as a round, button nose. Her eyebrows are so light, they are almost non-existent which is a sharp contrast to her red hair. She often wears tank tops and cargo shorts with old sneakers or sandals on her feet. Often her shoes are wet from playing in some kind of body of water (she doesn't always remember to take them off before wading in). She often has a messenger bag with her and inside are various items that she think might be useful.
Personality: Tide tends to be shy and soft spoken around...Well, around just about anyone. Strangers especially will get her at her most quietest and best behaved. She prefers listening over talking unless you get her started on a subject she has an interest in and then she doesn't mind talking for hours on end. She also tries to be funny, but usually keeps most of her attempts at humor to herself out of fear. Her temper is slow burning to the point it almost doesn't exist at all. She is more likely to flinch if you even raise your voice at her than she is to yell back. Violence is something she has some issues with and will usually try to either stay out of the problems or advocate for a peaceful solution. She also does not like being alone with people who are unknown to her unless she has to be. Strangers terrify her and when alone with a lot of them, she either tries to fade from sight or keep close to those she knows. Despite being a self conscious person, she is also very happy and tends to look on the bright side of things. It also tends to be a coping mechanism when she is stressed out. Tide is also fairly absentminded about things and easily gets lost...Even when she has a map in her hand.
Likes: Water creatures as well as many other things like chocolate and strawberries and apples and meatballs and mac n' cheese...She also likes reading.
Dislikes: Spiders, people putting other people down
Other things: Has a bad fear of fire and heat. A down right phobia. Or almost a phobia depending on the definition applied (often phobias are irrational fears and her fear of fire is actually has a rational reason). Could have something to do with the scar on her lower right side, but she closes up when anyone asks.
