Here Be Dragons
Our Scales are Now Balanced Silver Mottle Male, Riolunth
Mindspeech: Color #673783
Yin and Yang. Black and White. Sweet and Sour. Friend and Enemy. In life there are always balances. And, Mildred, Riolunth hatched into this world to be your balance. While it's more common that a dragon will almost be a magnified facet of their Rider occasionally a dragon will seek someone out who in a way is the other side of the scales, and that's what has happened here. Riolunth is a tactful creature, choosing his words when he does speak to others so that he gets whatever result he desires, be it information, cooperation, comforting for the listener, or intimidation. He's also possessed of an abundance of patience, capable of playing the long game much longer than many other creatures (perhaps a trait given from his Wild heritage). Some things he does today might come to fruition months down the line, and he's content to wait, while at the same time sensible enough to know when things have fallen too far for him to salvage and it's best to come up with something different.
But in many ways he and his Rider line up quite well together. He is an athletic one, both a powerful flier and runner. As many silver mottles do Riolunth has a strong sense of justice burning within him. Those who cannot defend themselves, through no fault of their own or otherwise, often garner his sympathy and his aid. Even despite his patience and tact when things are dire enough, or the end goal important enough, then rules are made to be not just broken but shattered. Rioluth will dirty his talons if he must to ensure the greater good prosper, and consider it both his duty and an honor. So should Mildred come against filth that doesn't play fair she can count on her Dragon to be with her in the fight, with a plan in mind and ready to execute it.
And if all else fails, well. He is a Dragon. Brute strength can accomplish much.
Rioluth is a silver who's hard to miss from a distance. He might have a bit stronger presence of Wild Silver in his veins (given the area of his hatching not quite a far-fetched concept), because he is more shining silver scales than hide. The underside of his jaw and the inside of his legs are the only places on him that show an argent-white flesh, and he bears the shield crest of the Wild Silvers as well as their frilled ridge that runs down his head and neck. Though he doesn't have their jaw ridges three horns, each one shorter than the one above it, sprout from his jaw in a line. His breath is a blistering cone of frost, and on a really big lungful he's been known to freeze a lake enough to skate on it.
