Tunnel of Love (Or is it? Valentine's Theme Bonding)

Rune and Fredericke

Watching her bounce along was amusing and when she reached the top first he would agree she had it right going up. So he would pause and then... Bounce. Jumping along as best he could he caught up soon enough.

"Well this is definitely different than what I was expecting." He mused as he settled next her. "Shall we?" A hand would reach out to hold hers, wanting to slide down together.

Retsom and Caroline

Beginning to ponder if there was anything more to the tunnel Retsom was glad to see the silly boat. "Come on Caroline, we can go on the fake bird." He would state as he pulled alone her floating body.

At the dock he would settle the bubble in first, well as solidly as you can a bubble anyway. Then he climbed in, the little boat rocking and then listing heavily to his side. Hmmmm he knew he wasn't light but this was unexpected. Shifting more to the center he worried about popping the bubble of.

"Please don't pop Caroline. I'm worried I might sink us as is...." Carefully he would begin to paddle away from the dock. He may have wanted to pay more attention to his dad's swimming lessons he thought as they got farther away.

Percival

Percival would never find the source of the giggle. No matter how hard he searched. He also didn't keep track of his companion. Despite them just being a bubble, they would have tried to keep up with the young man. Tried and failed. A soft pop could be heard as the bubble bod faded out of existence. Soon enough, the carnival would follow and Percival would just find himself in a plan square room.

It was blank and simple, only an exit sign and a door way leading out. Even the entrance would have disappeared. A tsking sound would float towards him on at a corner before a feline like form nearly knocked him over. Oh my! I loved how you tried to figure it out. It was simply marvelous to watch you work. But tell me... Quick as a wink that pistol would be out of his hands and into the Puzzle's as the bond slipped into place in Percival's mind. How exactly does this work?

At least the gun wouldn't be hard to get back...Just maybe do it before it laid in pieces on the ground.

Rune and Fredericke

Taking his hand, she would bring it to her lips for a quick brush across his knuckles. "But that makes it no less fun, right?" Laughing, she would tug him down the slide with her, bouncing a bit once they hit the bottom. The room would fade away after a few more obstacles, leaving nothing but a basically blank room, with a door and exit sign at the back. A woman would appear, managing to actually settle on a form for them both. It would be the woman they found the most attracted, whatever form that would take for Rune.

Her voice would be as light as air as she clapped in delight. "Oh wonderful! Another success!" Walking towards them, she studied them, watching as Fredericke moved to keep watch on Rune's back. She didn't know this woman and she didn't seem a threat at the moment, she didn't want to take a chance. "Stand down child of dragon and man. I mean you both no harm. This was simply...A bet so to speak." Her laughter was like bells as she reclined on air. "One that so far, I have been winning." She looked between the two, a soft smile on her face. "Just like I believe this to be a winning one, despite the hardships you have had to overcome."

A horse appearing from no where behind her. As if he walked through a door. Moving towards Rune, he would bow his head, pressing nose to shoulder. A bond would settle into place as a soft neigh escaped the horse. "And looks like I'm not the only one who thinks so."

Retsom and Caroline

Retsom didn't get very far before the waves became bigger and bigger, rocking the small boat. Despite his best efforts though, it would capsize sending both into the water...Or not actually. Instead of wetness, it was hard ground they landed on. A squishy object would be pressing into Retsom's shoulder and if he looked, he would find it to be Caroline's arm/hand. The bubble bod would move out of the way and then stick close to Retsom's side as he stood up.

The blank room might come as a surprise as he looked around. The exit the only thing visible. Till a woman appeared. She would have settled on the woman he found most attracted, though that wouldn't be who he was currently attracted to. "Admirable I should say." Relaxing on air, she studied the strange being. "Child of dragons. This is not who you wanted." Her voice would come out soft as a hand raised to gesture at the bubble bod. "But you protected them none the less. I think they are grateful." Caroline would nod as they pressed close to Retsom. "Take them when you leave, you will find they are not as easy to pop as so many suspect."

Standing up, she moved towards them, a hand reaching out to tilted Retsom's face. "And if you ever want a shot at who you truly desire, take that first step. Or you may find that you have pined your life away and closed your heart to others."

Though watching from the sidelines isn't a bad gig. Depends on what you put first. Your happiness or theirs. A gargoyle would appear, voice gruff as he placed that bond in Retsom's mind. But as you gather your courage, know that I will be watching your back and protecting you from harm.

Nec

A laugh would ring out at the growl. "Hmm...I only ever truly begged for mercy from you once." Her voice would be soft as she looked at him. "Why would I do so now?" The growls became louder and sounds of a scuffle could be reached. "That may be, but can you be truly sure?" Moving closer to him, a hand would reach up to cup his face, a sad smile on her face as she stood on tip toe to whisper into his ear.

"You don't need your past to plan your future Necthan. Know that she loved you once and that you, yourself, are capable of loving again." Pulling back, everything would fade out as the cave became just a room. A blank room with an exit. Elz was there, but it was like he couldn't see Nec at all as it looked like he was talking to someone. A quick turn of the room, and he would see another woman. Appearance shifting to what he found attractive, the smile on her face was sad as she stood in front of Nec.

"Two failures. I had hoped to have none." A hand would come up to tuck her hair behind her ear. "Though given what you went through, I can understand why you think you need your past. Do you know the heartache that will come of that? Knowing for sure what you have lost? Ignoring what you might have gained?" That hand gestured towards Elz. "Decide what you want out of this relationship Necthan. You both deserve someone but only you two can decide if that is each other or not."

A starmane would appear at Nec's back, head rubbing along the shoulders carefully. The bond would settle softly in place as the woman moved to give Necthan a light kiss on the forehead. "May she help guide you, wherever it is that you decide to go."
