NPCs are permitted to Bond, with specific guidelines:

Rich red with four orange bands on wings and tail.
As you can see, this is much more abbreviated than a formal description, but should give people something to RP with at the same time.
- They may only Bond up to a 3 Star creature, with the exception of Dragons. (Because there are always more Candidates on the sands than just the PCs, even if they're not mentioned in depth.)
- Creature descriptions for NPCs are not fully detailed as they are for a PC.
