Warmth was finally returning to the Weyr after the winter snows, flowers and green grass appearing and the migrating birds returning. And with the thaw Raferties and Belial were finally free to return to their occasional couple's walks.
This day their wanderings were taking them into the outskirts of the woodlands, taking in the new life presented there. With then was Kaya, their Erinyes daughter. The child was ahead of them, exploring under their watchful, protective eye and occasionally calling out when she identified a particular plant or animal. It was a peaceful time, and the angel and devil were enjoying themselves on multiple levels.
Then they heard Kaya calling.
"Come see! Papa, Belial, look!" As there was no alarm or fright in her voice, and Raferties felt no flaring of his Mark, neither were worried per say. And as they joined her at the edge of a clearing they saw what had so gotten her attention.
A few hours later, a gathering of creatures was assembled just at the edge of the forest with angel, devil, and child in attendance (someone had been required to pass the information along, naturally), and the drums rolled:
Creatures seeking homes at edge of forest - tolerance of the unique a must!
Those that answered the call would quickly realize why that particular addition had been added, and why it seemed it had been Kaya's presence that had called them out: like her in sense, they were creatures of two bloodlines -
Hybrids
When it seemed most everyone who was going to attend had arrived one off the hybrids, a canine with traits of both an Illaro and a Hellhound clearly visible, got the proverbial ball rolling.
Glad to see that tolerance is not so rare a trait in this land anyone, she said. Wasn't always this way, and so ones like us stayed in hiding. But after seeing proof that we might be accepted we decided maybe it was time.
But we have all agreed that we wish to learn more about those who lay claim to acceptance. a Pegasus with a Unicorn's horn added charmingly, prancing lightly in place. Nothing too strenuous; just a few questions. Satisfying a little curiosity of you will.
The first question, a patient-looking by-all-appearances Roc finished, a flightless-seeming bird with tiny embers catching in the dust spilling from his wings, is this: should what is unknown be feared, or embraced?

Welcome to the first-ever Hybrid Bonding!
The rules for this bonding are simple as can be:
Anyone and everyone is welcome!
Since it's outdoors you can bring whatever Bondeds with you that you like, though only one large each simply for spacial mechanical reasoning.
The mechanics for the Bonding itself are easy too: simply answer the questions, and see if any of them take a fancy to you!
Have fun!
